  • At-home batteries provide essential power when you need it most. The battery will provide approximately 11 kWh of storage, enough to power your house for a few hours during an outage. 

  • The full lease is 10 years. 

  • You can buy the battery early after 7 years, or complete the full 10-year lease and choose from three flexible options: 

    • Buy It -  Keep the battery for a low cost.

    • Recycle It - We’ll remove and recycle the battery at no cost.

    • Renew It - Start a new lease with an updated battery.

  • The lease can be transferred to a new homeowner (subject to conditions in the lease), or you could terminate the lease and increase the purchase price of the house to cover it.

  • To qualify, you must be a single-family homeowner. This lease is also designed for homeowners who already have solar but do not have storage.
